Today the BBC announced that they will develop a personalized radio service, provisionally called MyBBCRadio, which will operate through the BBC's iPlayer. The idea is to enable people to select the radio, podcasts, and downloads that they want to hear and have them share their "playlists" with other people. It will be completely peer-to-peer to fully embrace the power of an entire country's listening habits. Yet again, the Beeb is leading the way in new media implementations!
