Today is the World Cup Final between Italy and France. (I'm hoping France will win it, only because of the romantic notion that Zidane deserves to lift the trophy at the end of the last game of his incredible career.) England should have gone a lot further in this competition, and (thanks to Popjustice) I've discovered an incredible BBC montage that describes how we England fans felt after the team's defeat to Portugal in a penalty-kick shootout, set to Pet Shop Boys' "Numb".
