Biography
This blog is a scribble-pad for notes on e-government (especially e-government, bioinformatics, and IT best practices), US government contracting, Britain, and the vast majority of stuff in between.
I work for Turner Consulting Group, based in Washington, DC, where we focus on grants management, bioinformatics, and IT management consultancy and systems integration.
